Ariel Shumaker, MPH/MSW, LCSW, (she/her) is a therapist and photographer living in the Appalachian mountains in North Carolina with her family.  This site was born one afternoon from a frustrated attempt to find certain things for her therapy office in one centralized, easy to access, location.  As is often true of someone who is ADHD, Ariel decided, "welp, I guess I'll just have to make it myself".
